The Journey of a Dream
Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Elizabeth Miller, the heart and hands behind Oak Lore Farm.
I've always been a dreamer, dreaming of wide open land, a slower pace of life, a place where my children could grow roots and I could grow something real. Amidst the uncertainty of the pandemic, I made that dream a reality. I packed up our lives, moved my family to Oak Lore Farm in Williamston, MI, and never looked back.
With God's grace and a whole lot of grit, Oak Lore Farm has come to life. We raise organic chickens, tend lavender fields, and craft beautiful things in what was once just a garage, now our beloved woodshop. Every product that leaves this farm carries a little piece of our story.
The farm found its name from the ancient White Oak trees that grace this land, standing tall and rooted long before we ever arrived. They felt like a sign — sturdy, enduring, full of lore. That's exactly what I hope this farm becomes for my family and for yours.

ABOUT OAK LORE FARM
Oak Lore Farm, nestled in the picturesque landscape of Williamston, Michigan, spans across 5 acres of fertile land. Perched atop a small hill, half an acre of this expanse is dedicated to cultivating fragrant lavender, while the remaining area consists of sprawling open fields. Embracing the ethos of organic, natural farming, Oak Lore Farm practices sustainable methods to nurture both the land and its inhabitants.
The farm serves as a sanctuary for a flock of organically raised chickens, providing them with ample space to roam and forage freely. Since its establishment in 2020, Oak Lore Farm has remained committed to fostering a harmonious relationship between nature and agriculture.
Dominating the skyline is a stately hip roof barn, a centerpiece of the farm's infrastructure. Alongside this main structure, several smaller barns dot the landscape, each contributing to the farm's functionality and charm. Amidst the rustling lavender fields and the gentle clucking of chickens, Oak Lore Farm stands as a testament to the timeless beauty of sustainable farming practices.
